Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of EchoPodMetrics products and services (“Services”), including unique codes, dashboards, and subscription tools provided to podcasters and advertisers. By purchasing or using any EchoPodMetrics product, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Each code or access credential issued by EchoPodMetrics is for single-use application only.
   
• Codes may not be duplicated, resold, or transferred to other parties without written consent from EchoPodMetrics.
   
• Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of codes will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.
   

• Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to replicate EchoPodMetrics technology.
   
• Codes are licensed, not sold. Ownership remains with EchoPodMetrics.
   
• Any attempt to bypass subscription tiers or unauthorized multiple uses of a code is a breach of these Terms.
   

• Bulk packages of codes may be purchased for legitimate multiple-user applications (e.g., podcast networks or advertising agencies).
   
• A 5% discount applies per additional unit purchased, provided the units are non-sale items.
   
• Bulk purchases must be arranged through EchoPodMetrics’ official sales channels.
   

• All payments are processed via approved third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
   
• Users agree to the subscription pricing model corresponding to their ad revenue tier.
   
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access.
   

          EchoPodMetrics reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts if:

• Codes are shared or reused without authorization. 
• Users violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
   

• EchoPodMetrics provides data insights “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding advertiser deals, listener growth, or earnings.
   
• EchoPodMetrics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
   

                  These Terms will be governed by the laws of Australia, unless otherwise required by local law.
